We identify and carry out any easy wins for you on day one, and then guide you through appropriate energy upgrades; focusing on fabric insulation and ventilation upgrades, identifying the right heating systems and additional efficiency measures such as heating controls or window and door replacements which suit you and your budget.

‘Easy-Wins’ Package plus building energy surveys to provide you with a tailored & targeted retrofit plan.
Our plan takes account of the works completed and the information gathered at ‘Easy-Wins’ stage so we don’t just rely on default values when we are determining your heating, ventilation and insulation needs.

‘Kick-Start’ Package followed by an in-person meeting with project PM and agreement of steps to achieve nzeb, zeb or targeted BER. We provide you with a step by step scope document to upgrade your property, which can be used to attain competitive prices from contractors.
We can further assist you to manage the coordination and completion of the one-off measures to suit your timelines and budget and can carry out quality checks as works progress.
